The ISTS deliberately keeps registration fees for the symposium low to encourage delegate attendance from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. The result? A wonderful opportunity to come along and interact with a diverse mix of sea turtle community members.
Registration is still open. However abstracts are no longer being accepted.

Registration fees include:
- Access to associated meetings & the main symposium
- Morning & afternoon tea (but not lunches) on main days
- Membership to the International Sea Turtle Society for the year following the symposium.
All those who will attend the symposium and/or associated meetings must register. Registration "day rates" are not available.
Tickets for social functions are purchased as optional additional items during the registration process, as is official symposium apparel.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that you may cancel your registration up to one month before the start of the symposium and receive a refund of your fees. A 10% administration fee will be charged against ALL cancellations. Fees for cancellations requested after 15 January 2009 cannot be refunded.
Pre-order your lunch
We encourage everyone to pre-order their lunches for the main 3 days (17-19th) - rather than have to walk the streets at lunchtime in the hot sun in search of sustenance. Sliding price scale pricing (AUD $30, $45 or $60 total for the 3 days). Help the Society out by contributing as much as you can.
Lunches are healthy and include something like a wrap plus snacks, fruit and a drink

Official symposium merchandise

Following tradition, symposium apparel will be available. We are offering t-shirts and tank tops for US$20 each. These items must be pre-ordered and paid for through the registration portal. Click here for sizing information.
If you have already registered but now want to purchase some/additional items just log in to your registration account and update the number of clothing items you need.
IMPORTANT:
All orders must be placed and paid for no later than 10 December 2008. If you need to change your size or selection please do so in your online registration form by this date. Only paid orders will be processed.
Letters of invitation
If you need an invitation letter in order to attend, you can download this letter online via the registration portal in a printable format. If you do not have Internet access, you may request to receive the letter by contacting the symposium secretariat by email at info@turtlesbrisbane2009.org
